Ethics and Jurisprudence Lecture and Exam

The lecture and the Jurisprudence exam are requirements for all podiatrists applying for licensure in the State of Maryland. The lecture and exam focus on the Maryland State Laws and Regulations as well as scope of practice issues.

For Conversions (Limited license to Active Full license): Please complete, sign and return  the Lecture Affidavit form.

For Newly Eligible Licensees: Please complete, sign and return  the Lecture Affidavit form and the Jurisprudence Exam*.

*The Jurisprudence Exam will be mailed to eligible licensure candidates.
